8. People always asked Schwarzenegger when they saw him in the gym in the pumping iron days, why is it that he is working out so hard, five hours a day, six hours a day, and he has always a smile on his face. The others are working out just as hard as you do and they look sour in the face, why is that? What did he answer to these people?

9. What happened in his life at the age of 20 and why?
Obs: The simple truth is: If you don´t have a vision, if you don´t have a goal, if you don´t see your future laid out in front of you, you´re just floating around without a purpose. So, before you decide to study English, Spanish or any other subject or job, be sure you know where to go, be sure to have a clear vision of what you want and what you´ll do when you achieve this goal. Imagine yourself speaking it easily without translating in your head and more than that, imagine yourself feeling proud of what you´ve accomplished. That´s the secret to learn a new language or any other thing you want.
There will be moments in your life that you´ll be demanded to perform stunts and that will hurt you. But remember: don´t whine. Don´t complain. And most importantly, never give up. If necessary do it over and over again, and visualize the finished scene. Discover your vision and the rest will follow, says Arnold. Remember, pain is temporary, but the film is permanent.

Rule number 2: _________________
1. The things that he heard from people´s mouth was: that´s impossible, that can´t be done or no. When people said these things to him, what did he think, what did he say to himself?2. He said he´s a strong believer of what Nelson Mandela said. What´s it?
Obs.: So, if you really want to learn another language, and do anything else in your life, fight for it. Eliminate the words – no, impossible, can’t, I don´t like it, from your vocabulary. If you listen and repeat to what the naysayers says, if you believe you fail, you might uncounciously sabotage every opportunity to succed. You will be doomed. Arnold has ignored all naysayers and the results are opposite of what they told him.
Rule number 3: _________________
1. What drives him crazy? And why?
2. Imagine you ________ one hour a day, about_________. How much will you learn after _______ hours, in one year? Think about if you study about the history of __________ of __________, how much you would know. Imagine if you _____ in a business and some business that you want to __________ everyday for an hour. Imagine how further along you´ll go and get.3. So, it _______ me _______ when people say they don´t have the time. YOU HAVE 24 hours a day. YOU sleep 6 hours a day, so that gives YOU still 18 hours, but theres´someone shaking the head out there to say: I don´t sleep 6 hours, I sleep eight hours, right? Or just sleep faster.
4. So, YOU have 18 hours a day and the average person works 8 to 10 hours a day, so let´s __________ it´s 10 hours. So, if you have 8 hours ____, and then you travel around an hour a day, or maybe two, now, you´ve still 6 to 7 hours _____. What do you do with 6 hours? You eat a little bit, you schmooze, you talk to people. Can you see how much time is available if you organizer your day? You gotta work hard. He himself (Arnold) went to America, studied, worked out 5 hours a day and he was working on construction to become a successful bodybuilder, so what´s your excuse for not learning English?
5. There are 24 hours in day…are you crazy to give excuses of not enough time?! Remember you can’t find ladder of success with the hands in pocket, you must work your as* off! Arnold Schwarzenegger says he became a very friendly with Muhammad Ali and once at the gym a sports rider asked Muhammad Ali: _______________________________________ What did he answer? _____________________.
6. What did Ted Turner said?
Rule number 4: ________________
1. Schwarzenegger hates plan B. What happens when you start thinking about your fall back plan?
2. Why do people want to have a plan B?
3. We function better when there isn´t _________ ______. Plan B becomes a ________ ________. It says: if I fail I´ll have something else that will protect me. You´ll perfom better if you don´t have a fall back plan.
3. When you´re afraid of losing, you get _______, you get _______, you´re not _______. You got to be in order to perform well in anything, if it´s in _______or if it´s a _______.
Obs.: Remember that failure gets you closer to what you´re good at. Treat “failed projects” as experiments. If you failure, get up. You´re not gonna win everything. Every time you fall down and lose your spark, make sure you'll back up and rise as the whole damn fire. Don´t consider yourself a failure, consider yourself a winner, always, and you´ll reach your goal in life.
2. What he, as an immigrant he is, say about life in the United States?
Arnold considers this is one of the most important rules of success. Giving back in our family, community, city, country and human kinds is our duty. It is our responsibilities to think beyond our self.
These are Arnold Schwarzenegger's six rules of success. If we work on these rules we can witness many victories. We can be very successful and happy in the life. Remember to follow these rules…if not us, who if not now, when!
